Great Value for Exploring 35mm Photography
If you want to try 35mm wetfilm and have to buy a camera to do so then there will be all the "popular or fashionable models" with matching prices but this is a cheaper and great value for money option typically selling for a quarter of the price of those, sometimes even less. Apart from a body you will need a Canon EF lens or that could be a Sigma EF fit and probably a new battery, these are not rechargable - 2CR5 and readily available in various brands.
If you are comfortable with using a modern DSLR or Mirrorless equaivalent, it won't take you long to get comfortable with using the EOS 600/630 camera as far as the basic controls are concerned. If you can get hold of a copy of the original manual, you may be surprised at just how many other non obvious functions it has too.

Great For Starting Out
If you are new to carving blocks for lino printing or like myself, returning to it after very many decades since I last did it, this is a great tool set to start with because it gives you a wide variety of blade shapes to play with and learn what shapes you like best for working with.
If you go beyond the beginning stage and want to make lino printing a major hobby, you will probably graduate to more professional tools but it is not just that they are considerably more expensive, they also require that you know exactly what you want for your particular style of images. So even if you could afford to buy into those from the start don't, begin here with these because they are very good value for money.
