Seller failed to include the pinion gear , notified me after he packaged and mailed the fishing reel. Doesn’t work with no pinion gear. Said he would try to find one, but couldn’t be rushed, would cost more if he had to pay retail. I asked him if he had other parts in consideration for the missing gear. I asked him to send the parts with tracking. Told me I was becoming demanding for a buyer about to receive a bunch of “free parts”! Said he would send them after the holidays!” Not free at all!

If the buyer had read the listing he would have seen that the PINION GEAR was not in the listing. Please READ THE DESCRIPTION AND LOOK AT the PHOTOS. You tell me where the PINION GEAR was offered in this listing. I sent the buyer a free handle in the original shipment. At least $ 40 in FREE parts in subsequent shipment. I really don't know why I'm being persecuted in the Feedback because the buyer cannot read Description. Malcontent does not begin to describe this buyer. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!
