We opened our 1st Studio in 1976 and our 1st camera store in 1987. Over the many years in business one thing remained a constant, customer service. About 10 years ago I had to retire early due to disabling back surgeries but soon decided to do online selling full time. Customer service is still my priority. We do offer a 14 day return period on most items if a problem arrises. However if you just change your mind there will be a 25% restocking fee. When we offer items on auction payment is required within 24 hours of auction end. Thanks
