Awesome portable solar charger
15 of 15 found this helpful I wanted something to take with me for various markets and drone fly events to keep things charged. I also have a Jackery battery box and they sell portable solar panels to go with it for about $300. This was a little too much as I could see some on ebay for half the price.
I wasn't sure what to expect for half the price but this panel exceeded what I expected. It is very well made and folds up in a briefcase form with carry handles. Each panel also has a fold out leg that might prop it up for use assuming no wind. There's also some carabiners to help ties it down or something?
More important it came with a set of plug adaptors and one of them was the correct one for the Jackery input. So of course I had to try it out in the driveway for a couple hours. The angle wasn't perfect and the sun was getting low but the Jackery reported a consistent 70 watts charging. (it has it's own solar charge input I used direct to the panels). Given my experience with solar panels this is probably pretty good. I also noticed that the Jackery reported 70 watts when using the AC charger so maybe that's just what it requires.
This panel also came with a USB/12V charge controller. Other than to briefly power it up I haven't looked into this yet but it could be useful for charging phones and stuff without the Jackery around.
All in all I am very happy with this purchase and look forward to using it this summer.
I took a quick photo of my test showing the panels leaning on the wall and the Jackery box charging.

Great performance for the price
It is small and cheap and the results tracked very well with my Gamma Scout. It is good as a dosimeter, not great as a survey instrument.
The good: price, size. USB computer interface, vibration.
The not good: feels cheap, clip is useless, sound is very low. Also there is no memory to track exposure, only the accumulation counter. The PC app can record data while plugged in but there is no history to retrieve.

Gold, an once, and decent value. Comes in a sealed plastic package.
