Sharp Lens
2 of 2 found this helpful This is a very sharp lens and very fast with little distortion when wide open at f/2.8. When used with a full frame, such as the Canon 6D, it's excellent for inside shooting without the need for flash and for outside landscape or architecture photography; even portrait photography as the lens is sharp enough to allow for enlargement. On a 1.6x format, such as the Canon 70D, it is a perfect portrait lens and all around purpose use. The pancake size makes it quite unobtrusive and on the small Canon SL almost a pocket camera. Can't beat it.

Tiffen makes a high quality filter and if you are into photography buying Tiffen and from Adorama Camera is very, very good.

Excellent Product.
This is a very nice extender. You must remember the extender is only god at above 50MM, so if you use a 50MM lens it will not extend it 2x to 100MM. I used it with my Canon 6D and both the Canon 24-105 tele and my Tamron 28-300 tele. I have used the 300MM end of my Tamron (for a 600MM lens) outside with wildlife...very good. You cannot go wrong with this extender.
