Resurected an "old" Dell

My neighbor's son was complaining of a dying three year old Dell. Is slow, nothing runs, on it any more.... It had Win10 with 4Gb of ram and more bugs than a New York apartment. I replaced windows with Linux (Zorin9) and aded this memory chip. The laptop went into "Jetsons" speed, I was amazed of the improvement myself. Now it handles all the games the kids throw at him (Steam) and more. Now, the brother wants his upgraded too... It looks that I'll be back soon...

It didn't work for me

I'v got a mac mini and a Roku TV. The picture was full of artifacts, and fliker. Absolutely unwatchable! Switching back to hdmi solved the problem, so, it went right into my vga/ firewire/ scsi cable box.
