Poor quality bur serves its purpose for me
The frame is flimsy showing a number of dents and bends. Rather than go to the bother of returning for a replacement I effected my own repair. The smaller one I bought where the frame is plastic and arrived with no damage.
Try harder and use a more substantial metal for the frame or use plastic.

Strong and good capacity
Fantastic no longer have problem with fingers penetrating thin bags an can get 2 to 3 loads in each bag
