8 weeks that will change your life
1 of 1 found this helpful After researching Dr Michael Mosley I decided to by this book and give it a try .
I was recently diagnosed type 2 diabetic and I didn't want to take medication all my life so 3 weeks into the diet and I've lost a lot of my weight off my waist 😁and am finding the diet change great and definitely noticed a difference with sleeping great I just can't believe the differences . With a little exercise and good diet you will turn your life around what more encouraging do you need so I would definitely recommend this book for people who feel there over weight and could be pre diabetic.
