Welcome recital from a great singer
Ernest Blanc was one of the great baritones of the 40's and 60's. His voice was big and beautiful with a distinctive bright tone. He was much sought after for the Wagnerian roles as he was in the French repertoire. The recital gives a good and generous sample of his work in high quality live recordings.
He made a few studio recordings for major labels and this individual recital is welcome.

An absorbing embellishment of a Hemingway short story
The film of The Snows of Kilimanjaro is taken from a short story by Ernest Hemingway, and there is not much left of the original source but the idea and the title.
It is nonetheless an absorbing film with good performances from the principals. It’s good to have this film finally in good quality and sound track (making the available subtitles unnecessary.

Reliable and humane
Traditional traps are only (I would say) 60% reliable. They certainly are not activated by very small mice and often the mouse is trapped by an appendage or as I recently experienced by the snout, to die a slow and painful death.
These traps are 100% reliable and allow you to dispose of the mouse
quickly and humanely.
I take them across the road to become another's problem, or return and become mine again.
Highly recommended.
