  Great communication from the seller. But from postage on the 4th it took 10 days to arrive..! Packaging was very damaged -I’m surprised the product stayed in the envelope.

  Really sorry to hear that! Looking at the tracking, it seems the parcel was returned to Gatwick hub and back and forward hence the delay. Please contact ebay customer service and raise the issue. Apologies. Hope you can still enjoy your purchase though! Thank you.

  The item has arrived a little dishevelled (not your fault) a neighbour 2 streets away found it in the road having been run over.The cap is in bits, but luckily the item is ok although package and box are somewhat tattered and torn. The lady who saw it in the road rescued it and brought it to me.How kind was that? On yodels site it is still out for delivery!!!- Will take this up with them this week.
