Good Power Level
First thing, at switch on on the bench, was that it took a chunk out of the side of my mobile phone.
Yes it is above 5.5Watts.

For the price, this a fair product.
The parts which appear to be copper are copper plated steel not solid copper.
The braiding is copper plated steel wire.
The handles and spring are well plated with nickel
