It’s a book about Natural Healing using the Macrobiotic Diet.
The book is in good condition, no highlighting. It replaces a book I had years ago.

Great Phone! I love it!!
1 of 1 found this helpful I bought this phone about 10 years ago and it has been really fine. It's very simple and easy to use. It still works but it's falling apart though and looks really beat up now. I was thinking about buying a new iPhone but then I didn't want to have to pay about double each month for phone service so I looked on Amazon and found one with a new battery and a charger and even a car charger for very cheap so I ordered it and it works just fine! I'm very pleased. I saw a brand new one still in the box awhile back and wish I'd bought it. I am still keeping an eye on the ones that come up for sale from time to time. It's very easy to still find batteries for the phone also which is great and they aren't expensive at all. Years ago I enquired about the cost of the batteries at the Verizon store and they were $50! They don't even sell them anymore now. I've bought them online brand new for as little as $1.95! I usually pay more for them though, $8.98-$12.95
