Brilliant Camera
I bought the camera for the 10x optical zoom. As a walker, I often want to zoom to something in the distance. It is very easy to use and the time from power up to useable is less than one second. The movie mode is excellent.
This is one of the best purchases I've ever made.
If I have a gripe, then it is a very small one and it is the number of different settings/modes the camera has. It is not simply a 'point and click' camera (although one mode is just that). Depending on the setting you can have variants and you need to spend time working out which mode is best for each situation.
