  I bough a Vintage Children s High Chair from John for £180. He contacted me about postage, he wanted to deliver it to my garage while I was away as it was easier for him. I discovered it was completely broken and obviously very unsafe for a child, it falls apart very easily. I contacted John and he said if I had asked directly if it was broken he would have said yes. No mention of breakage in the description and now he is refusing to refund on the basis I didn t ask.
