Excellent Markers
If you have never used a Pentel Sign Pen, then you don't know what you are missing. They are nearly perfect for many bold writing tasks--labeling folders, writing signs, even signing your name with authority.
I wouldn't recommend them for coloring, though they might be useful for large areas. The tip is quite broad but unlike a Sharpie bullet tip, the tip doesn't squash down and become broader. The tip is more like the Sharpie ultra-fine but with the width of a fine when it is first used.

Personalization with Just a Quick Stamp
Like many self-inking stamps this one is easy to use and makes repeated impressions without a messy stamp pad. The stamp is compact enough to store in a pocket and it won't make a mess if you do. I keep mine on my desk and use it to indicate that I have entered forms into our database.
I have a check-mark self-inking stamp that I got from a standard office supply store. However we use a two step process--one upon initial customer entry into the database, a second when materials are added. I needed two different stamps, and when I found this I decided a personalized one would be best.
It was basically the same price as a generic check-mark, but (since I have a three letter last name) mine has my name. I'm confident that I could save everyone in the office significant time if they adopted my system, but for now it makes me more efficient.
