Gecaching and the Garmin Oregon 400t
I had a problem with mine when I first purchased it here on ebay - it seems the seller didn't relize the base map was missing. I would not mention this but it seems to be something alot of people do is to erase the base map. Used Gsak to get it loaded up with geocaches and out I went. So after locating my first cache of the day I went to delete the cache off the gps and it can't be done. BUT you can hit attempt log and it gives you a 'found' option that works just fine to tuck that cache away in its own place! The more I use it the more I am amazed with it. I love the touch screen! I love the idea of having the whole cache info right there to read and the logs! Well worth every penny for such a high tech machine. I am anxious to find another Oregon 400t user and see how the 'tranfer a cache to another gps' works! All in all this is by far the best Garmin I have found and reccomend it for anyone that loves Geocaching!

Fun item - but does not spin.
This is a cute little pin but there is no spin to the spinner if that might be what you are expecting.
