Defective Car Window Part - Seller sold a Dud

The replacement window was defective. When I went to have it installed in my car, the installer indicated there are two clips on the bottom of the window that are needed to attach the window to the car. One of the clips was missing a component. The installer was concerned about how long the window will last and there is a significant concern that it will break. A very disappointing purchase!
