Seller offers 20% discount but did not send replacement, now refusing because says their supplier put inferior packaging and courier broke it, so not their fault. I reported them to eBay and purchased same item from different listing and seller ID. Supposed to be Australia Post delivery. Different seller is actually same seller and uses the original courier that broke the first item. Trying to cancel

Item comes broken. Contact seller but they refuse to refund my money, I
am happy to send the item back as long the postage is free because it’s not my fault if the item broken as the poor packaging. They want to refund only 30%, I don’t want risk my family life using broken item as it’s electronic heater. Really not happy with the purchase. Unprofessional!!!
