1 of 1 found this helpful This is my 3rd xbox one controller. The 1st & 2nd one was purchased 5 years ago and have only just started having problems, such as a uncontrollable right stick & a broken left bumper. I decided to buy a brand new one here and within the first couple days, the right stick was faulty. A few months later I was getting use to it, but then something inside snapped unexpectedly when I clicked it down, something broke inside and now the controller is useless. I'm always very careful with controller and this one must not have been built properly. I don't recommend purchasing from here as I have sadly wasted $75.95 on this cheaply built controller and now I will need to get another one again.
