Solid and reliable, with configurable GPIO
This repeater is a solid model from Motorola, and will undoubtedly last for a number of years if the other repeater I have (still working fine, and made in 1982) is anything to go by. It needs the Motorola CPS software to program, but if you have this already, or have access to a friendly dealer, then this won't be a problem. The accessory connector allows you to connect various switches / devices that can either control the repeater (e.g. change channels, PTT when in analogue mode) or allow the repeater to control them (e.g. carrier detect) The large cooling fan comes shipped from the factory configured to full speed, but a switch inside allows it to be changed to temperature-responsive.

Works well; nylon tends to wear over time
Good selection of tools for those who have a 'regular' spudger as well - the metal tools are quite thick so not suitable for opening thin gaps. I found myself using the nylon tool (the black one in the photo) most of all, which has a pointy tip and a thin, flat, other end. Over time, the pointy tip becomes less pointy - that's just wear and tear for you - but is still useful for lifting up labels, reaching inside connectors to clear fluff out, and a whole host of other uses.
