THE BEST VERSION
This is known worldwide as a clasic and this is the best version.
Later remasters pull up Bowies singing to the detriment of the music.
On this version Five Years builds excitement (like the vinyl)on the
99 and aniversary model you get bored halfway through the song (like
listening to Coldplay!).

STUMBLING START WITH GOLDEN MOMENTS
This 3cd set is for lovers of music move/elo/wizard. The elo project is in its infancy but you can hear what they are trying to do even if they are not so sure themselves. When Wood leaves there is a whole to be filled and despite roll over Beethoven it is not clear on elo2 if Jeff Lyne can fill it.
Finally in 1973 (with the help of Marc Bolans guitar)there is a breakthrough and Showdown is produced.
Disc3 has the singles and a quadrophonic mix to please any completist.This 3 disc set is digitally remastered and it makes a lot of difference.
If you like to hear album music that is sometimes very challenging and are prepared to listen out for the high points you will enjoy the challenge however if you only want to hear mp3 quality hits run a mile.
