It came as pictured, but there were some curve balls with the bios.
The item came as pictured, so picture does match description. I appreciate an honest vendor. I'm not sure where the Dell Inspiron 8200 system parts originated from, but mine had a Dell Precision M50 bios (A2) on a Dell Inspiron 8200 motherboard. It gave me a couple hours of head aches until I figured this out and flashed Dell Inspiron 8200 A11 bios which I downloaded from Dell's website. Headache gone. All in all if you are buying a barebones system, make sure you understand how to troubleshoot because you may get some interesting challenges like I did.

I am giving 3 stars for incomplete replacement part.
80% correct part but 20% incorrect in that the key connection part was not included with this part for my 2012 Ford Escape. I had to disassemble my broken 2012 Ford Escape Passenger Rear door actuator assembly (pry it apart) to pull a key connection component to "make" it work. I am giving 3 stars for incomplete replacement part.
