using with Ibasso DX80 DAP - no problems at all so far I have heard people have issues with other brands?!

Leather earpads cushion for AKG K240DF review
although the pads have slightly more surface contact on the skin (the originals are more rounded) the sonic qualities are almost identical so these are a very good and cheaper replacement. 100% recommend

Extraordinarily detailed flat frequency response. The soundstage is very wide. These headphones excel with music from the 60's and '70's but boy will they show up how awful the recording, mixing and compressed rubbish being made today. They are flat so you wont get a huge bass - everything has an equal balance. With a descent amp and the right music these are a unique and essential headphone in the collection of the discerning music lover and audiophile
