  I first bought this guest book in 2002 from a Hallmark store, and even though it is no longer manufactured, thanks to eBay, this will be my third one! We have used the book for guests to sign when they visit us at our lake house. It is heavy duty, well made, classy, and the perfect size to handle and store in the secretary. It was in mint condition, as described, and arrived quickly in it's own box that was inside a sturdy, larger box. A great value plus reasonable shipping. A+++++
