Battle for Sevastopol cf Dunkirk
I found it a most interesting comparison with the film Dunkirk. We in the West know little of the campaign for the seige of Sevastopol. Some reviews mention the rather wooden character of the female sniper, but given the fact that her father was an NKVD officer it is unlikely she would have had an exuberant personality. The fact that it was being filmed at the same time as the take over of the Crimea by Russia also adds a subtext to the film. The storyline was stronger than the film Dunkirk in my opinion.

XL is probably based on a Chinese extra large size
I bought the extra large size which had a circumference around the knee of 44cm and my knee was this circumference. It was good value but was so tight that I had to give up wearing it. If you need XL then I suggest that you consider looking for XXL
