Fort Baxter's most infamous resident: SGT BILKO!
They just don't make 'em like this anymore, absolutely brilliant 1950's US situation comedy at its best.
Great scriptwriting from Nat Hiken, superb characterizations by Phil Silvers and an A1 supporting cast. A selection of very funny episodes and oodles of special features including some live stage and TV performances by the cast, simply excellent, warts and all!
Add to that the original TV series were made using quality video/film which has survived well over 60 years really well.
If you've not heard of Phil Silvers, or even BILKO!, do yourself a favour and get a copy; you'll be glad you did.

Great Best Of compilation
PROs: Really good selection of Stevie's hits including some rarer US No 1's like That Girl and Overjoyed.
CONs: Isn't She Lovely? is sadly missing, but then it's always on the radio isn't it?
