You get what you pay for
Great workbench, however the metal shelving platform doesn't seem strong enough. But it is reinforced with metal bars under it, so it can bear a lot of weight. I have put wooden boards on top of mine to make it stronger, and it does. The two shelves are fully adjustable so that it can be locked to any of the holes on the side beams. It is secured with a nut and a bolt , so that the bench top does not fall unexpectedly. Great quality for the price.

High quality , great workout , excellent price
Pros:
- Great quality for the price
- Wheels on the front make it easy to move around
- Straightforward assembly process
-Stable frame keeps bike on the floor and does not wobble when in use
-The control unit is nice and simple and tells speed, distance, time and calories
-Resistance adjustment using adjustment knob which adds friction of brake pads to the flywheel.
-Keeps you pedalling due to the flywheel , and feels more like a real bicycle.
Cons:
- Seat does not have enough adjustment points , hard to reach handle bars if you are not tall.Is also uncomfortable even though it is padded.
- No phone holder or water bottle holder
- Foot adjustment straps are difficult to adjust , increasing the likelihood of slipping while pedals are spinning.
Possible improvements:
-Perhaps a water bottle /phone holder to be fitted
-more seat padding so that a gel cover doesn't have to be used
-make the handlebars adjustable , so that they are easier to reach.'
Overall , this is an excellent product available for a great price , about 66% cheaper then similar spin bikes available in stores , while offering similar features. The cons are very minor and are easily rectified with cheap accessories , but would be nice if they were included. However , being a weight bearing product , sturdiness is a key requirement which this bike has well and truly outperformed. Another perfect example of a product that you do not need to spend $1000s on to get good performance.
