Good product or the price
An un-expensive light fixture. I have three installed on a mobile kitchen and one failed after 5yr of use.
Good for a laundry room or basement.
Only issue (taking one star off) is the acrylic diamond lens is flimsy and in a hot environment warps. The attachment of the lens to the fixture is not very good and results in it coming off if installed in something mobile. I resourced to fix that with two big plastic ties on each fixture. This should be no problem if the installation is stationary, like in a house.

All in all a good buy
Perfectly meets the needs of my small food business (I have 5 of these model).
Sturdy, accurate, fast temperature recovery given the size and the fact that I fry from frozen.
The only complaint is the 'safety' power cord. It disconnects too easily, making it a nuissance, so I had to modify the fryers with a regular power cord. If you are to use it on a home environment this should not represent an issue, besides, unless you know what you are doing and understand the liability implications I would not recommend you do what I did.
