The Best Steam Mop/Vacuum I have Ever Owned!
1 of 1 found this helpful Don’t sleep on purchasing one of these cause you would be missing out on the easiest and fastest cleaning steam mop and vacuum you can buy. I have had my symphony for about three years now and it has always performed as it should without fail trust and believe. I’ve even discovered other uses for the symphony that is not listed as for its primary uses. This involves carpet but I won’t go into detail as you should never use your symphony for any other matter except what it was intended for as you can break it and invalidate your warranty. However, once you get a feel for the symphony and know how to use it and everything… you can possibly discover some other projects that symphony may assist you with in your cleaning routine. I’ve used several wet mop pad refills from other suppliers with symphony without any problems, I’ve tried the scented water which you can buy from Bissell to use with its steam function that leaves a fresh fragrance in the air while steaming/sanitizing your floors, it’s worth every Penny and by that I mean in its design and cleaning function. However, there is one thing that I felt was messed up on getting the symphony and that was the inability to buy any of the trial mop pads that are included inside the box which is made by Bissell and their fragrance is called spring breeze or something similar You can’t find these anywhere and that scent is the smell good good fragrance. I got so many compliments after using those mop pads, they give you like three or four in the box the symphony comes in and that’s it. It’s a shame. Anywho- but a symphony I promise you won’t be disappointed. It’s that new new type of clean. Get it! get it!
