  Shipping was fast. Packaging was terrible, as the paper envelope packaging that the sweatshirt was packed in was ripped when received, causing the sweatshirt to be dirty from shipping. Maybe next time the clothing item should be packed in a plastic bag first, if they aren’t going to use plastic shipping envelope.

Unit was manufactured in 2019, so is definitely showing age, however it works correctly and the battery is holding for nearly 30 minutes under load - so for a used unit - definitely not bad.Shipping costs were a bit high and item was not packed well - zero padding between the unit and the bottom of the shipping box. Fortunately undamaged on arrival. Good seller, would buy from again!
