Perfect replacement to save me monthly rental charge with FIOS

My only complaint is that, while it works excellently with FIOS, it's not *named* FIOS; it's Frontier (owned by Verizon). Nonetheless, a Quantum Gateway router by any other name would surely stream as swift.

Got it mainly to maintain my proficiency with OS X and its scions

I run a tech support business. After getting rid of my iMac (2007), I needed a machine to maintain my familiarity with OS X (and its assigns). The MacbookAir does the trick. It's fast (even with only 4G RAM) and efficient, whilst allowing me to mimic the problems my clients are having.
