Ergo Grips 4373-3PK Low Pro Ladder Rail Cover 18 Slot Camo Inferno New

Great ladder rail covers
I bought some $7 Chinese ones, had nice ridges for the design. Thought i could save, but was wrong. They were kinda flimsy. Kept accidentally getting flipped off the picatinny rail when shifting my grip. I questioned if they were even santoprene. Buy quality first, next time and don’t look back.
Mechforce Aluminum Handstop / Foregrip for Picatinny Rail (Matte Black) GEN2

Sold build, updated looks
I have the Magpul handstop kit on my bottom rail, the large hand stop piece I always felt was kind of fat and not really ergonomic at the wrist. Needed something slimmer. More pluses to this piece, it’s as thick as the picatinny rail, thinner than the Magpul so i got what i wanted, aluminum, solid on rail, and futuristic looking.
4 PC Rifle Handguard Weaver Picatinny Ladder Rail Cover Black

I like them, but...
I searched for “santoprene” rail covers, mainly for the heat tolerances. These are a Chinese made and little more rubbery soft than the ones I’m used to seeing, namely the Magpul ones. They were easy to bend on to the rail which most reviewers never say when “popping” typical ladder rail covers on, these didn’t “pop.” If they are truly heat resistant, remains to be seen, my AR pistol still needs to be tried out. Definetly budget friendly so I recommend, but fair warning they seem like soft rubber, worried they might melt and get sticky with rapid firing.
