CR18 - Excellent value in an all purpose road, touring or MTB rim.
1 of 1 found this helpful A very good value for a 700c rim. 490 grams is the actual weight, don't believe other sources as I weighed them myself. The published weights I have seen are wrong.
If you build your own wheels these are great. Also they have an ERD of 611 or 612 which is compatible with some older rims and you can do a rim transplant and reuse the same spokes.
The brake track is machined and perfectly flat, and the aluminum has a high polish with no anodizing. It is bare aluminum. Which means it will get dull, but they can be polished out again and again.
