I’ve been raising animals since I was 8. I started Josh’s FishRoom in 2019 and since then have sold thousands of healthy fish to countless customers. I know in this business you can’t make everyone happy, but that doesn’t keep me from trying. The only thing I prioritize more than Customer Satisfaction, is the health and vigor of my fish. As to my experience with this seller. In all I’m very pleased with my purchase. The fish all arrived alive and well and are acclimating nicely to my tank. As to the fish all I can say is WOW, they are pretty much all showing excellent color and beautiful markings. Small dilemma with the packaging but when seller was notified he took immediate action and rectified the situation. All in all very happy with this purchase and would confidently recommend this seller to anyone!

The quality was good but I was initially frustrated that the apple scions were not labeled. After contacting seller he was super nice and not only offered me a refund for the inconvenience but also changed the description to make sure it was clear that they would come unlabeled. I really appreciate that he wend above and beyond.
