I’ve been raising animals since I was 8. I started Josh’s FishRoom in 2019 and since then have sold thousands of healthy fish to countless customers. I know in this business you can’t make everyone happy, but that doesn’t keep me from trying. The only thing I prioritize more than Customer Satisfaction, is the health and vigor of my fish.     The quality was good but I was initially frustrated that the apple scions were not labeled. After contacting seller he was super nice and not only offered me a refund for the inconvenience but also changed the description to make sure it was clear that they would come unlabeled. I really appreciate that he wend above and beyond.
