When the bendix comes back down the jack screw after starting it jams up causing it not to rise once the starter is engaged again. The thread doesn't seem to be cut deep enough at the bottom. Called Arco and they had absolutely no concern or intention to replace the part. Not any easy fix on the water. BUY OEM PART!!
