Low Profile ATI X300
I work on computers for a living and recently when i had an inspiron 530 desktop to work on i found i needed a good 16 bit pcie graphics card but standard cards didn't allow me to close the casing so i did a search for low profile graphic cards and luckily i found the ATI Radeon X300. This is an excellent bargain pricewise and powerwise. With 64 megs on board this card uses catalyst drivers which came on a cd with it but the same drivers can also be downloaded from the ATI website
To describe it in one word: great! Fits perfectly and the ATI and Radeon trademarks are signs of quality - it took about 2 minutes to load the drivers on a Vista home system and it worked great

Radeon X1050 great choice
1 of 1 found this helpful this AGP card was needed for an older computer to increase the screen resolution for a wide screen monitor and it does a fantastic job, fits in the slot perfectly and allows the screen resolution to match the wide screen requirements
the only problem i found was the cd that came with it - it would not completely install drivers on the computer and i had to go to the ati website to get the right drivers
overall a perfect choice
