Yes this item was delivered but had to contact seller a few times, regarding a question, which I felt was not answered, but maybe avoided? My daughter purchased, for her brother, to open Xmas Day. Maybe there's a communication barrier? Not sure but I feel wasn't resolved. Item arrived in box but not sealed and I questioned this. Don't know if it's new or not. and I simply asked if the item should be sealed in plastic if it's brand new. Unhappy customer.
