Seller was advised neg feedback could occur...3 days ago...by last night, but still no response--seller sent solar panels that were NOT what was advertised, in fact HALF or less than the advertised capacity---and they have refused to arrange return and refund. Instead, 3 days ago , they offered a $15 BRIBE for me to accept the unaceptable and be silent. I spent $430 + for 4x 1300 x 70mm x 30 CM panels and was sent RUBBISH, and expected to accept such delinquent treatment. HOPELESS. UNACCEPTABLE.

1 of the lights I received had several LED’s that did not work in it. I contacted the seller and they refused to replace the light. The best they would offer was a partial refund. They would not even refund the value of that individual light. The lights feel very cheaply made and are made out of plastic and the mounting bracket is very thin metal
