Hello,I'm still in possession of an unopened package containing a heat deflector for my 2009 HD Dyna Low Rider. I was told it would fit my MC but it doesn't. I was told you would sending me a refund, but also received an email from you telling me to keep the part and you would send a 50% refund. I've received neither and I have no use for the part.
