Great investment for track cleaning
1 of 1 found this helpful Works very well cleaning the rails. All of the functions of the car work great. No issues with the car on any portion of the rails including switches and crossings. The only down side is that it cleans so well that that the pads get dirty quickly on the dirtier sections of rail. I used the Dapol liquid track cleaner in the car and that seemed to quickly loosen the build up from the rails. I did find that using a lower geared locomotive to pull the car allowed me to run the Dapol car at a higher rpm on my dc layout. I would recommend this product to anyone who has a larger layout to maintain.
