You get what you pay for

The 800 watt power rating reminded me of those 250w American HiFi 6x9's that Schuck's Auto Supply sold back in the 80's that blew sky high the second you put a 10 real watts into it. An honest power rati g would be about 30w rms. If you're looking for a PA system for an event or DJing in a bar keep shopping. You're going to have to spend a little more money for something a little bigger and more powerful. If you want a fun little stereo that still works in a rec room, back porch or garage, it's perfect. I'm giving it 4 stars because it's a good little stereo for the price and the flashing lights go good with whiskey, until they don't. Then there's a little switch on the back to turn the lights off. If you can find it trying to reach around the speaker with the lights blinding you. The speaker box can also take the weight of a fully grown human body without breaking.
