Charger will work with good batteries

I purchased this because the new 6.0 batteries were dead and wouldn't charge. Even my new batteries. With my other chargers, they wouldn't lite up on charger. The batteries would lite up on this charger but would not charge, Apparently the other 6.0 batteries I bought a couple of moths ago from a dealer on ebay where bad batteries to begin with.
