easy to hook up, but fades or cuts out after a while
I teach 5 spin classes in 5 different facilities each week so the sound systems aren't all exactly the same. In one facility I have no problem going 45-55 minutes without any problems. In 2 other spin rooms I just get a loud hum when I plug the 3 prong outlet in, so I assume the equipment may not be compatible or the equipment may be older; in the other 2 facilities it seems the sound gets weaker or cuts out after about a half hour. I know the battery is not the problem, and have no idea why it would work perfectly for 30 minutes and then cut or fade out. I check the mute button and it remains off. I keep my wired headset ready to switch over when this happens. I haven't contacted the manufacturer yet as I've had the unit only for a few weeks.
