Works great!
The OS immediately detected this drive on connection to a USB port. It showed up as A:, just as you would expect a 3 1/2" drive to do. It read and wrote disks just like I expected.

Works great, until it doesn't
This switch looks and works good, at least at first. Mine worked flawlessly for exactly 5 months before ports started failing. Some of the front-panel usb ports still work with some of the computer ports, but it has become a nightmare to stay ahead of cascading port failures. At least the cables still work, so I can use them on the replacement kvm I will be buying.
I would recommend avoiding this kvm for your own sanity.

Excellent brake set
This is a very complete set of high-quality parts. It was easy to install and works exactly as expected.
