4x4 Slash brushless
5 of 6 found this helpful This truck was rated for intermediate experience but right out of the box with no practice in The Last 5 Years I found this truck is simple, easy to run, fast, goes anywhere, yes it's a bit pricey, but you get what you pay for, I bought another upgraded truck of the same model and outside of the upgrades I can barely tell a difference. Yes stock parts may break with hard use, buy the upgraded parts, RPM etc, and you are garanteed hours of family fun. Highly recommend the slash, but get two. My daughters boyfriend got me hooked and have tons of fun racing. Start with the Li-Po Batts and get the fan for the speed controller, you won't be sorry with the extended speed and runtimes.

Slash platinum c hubs.
Installed these on a project car I'm building, combined with mip x duty front axles. Setup is incredibly tight compared to my rpm setup on another car.
