Mower Collection Bag Issue

When emptying the side of the bag of grass, it does not fit the lip size of the common paper bag that most waste haulers require to be used. This makes the bagging of the grass very difficult and the grass clipping often falls out as you empty the mower bag into the paper clipping bag. THIS NEEDS TO BE FIXED. I WILL NOT PURCHASE ANOTHER MOWER IF I DETRMINE THE PROBLEM STILL EXISTS.
