Arthritis? Get this device.
Yes there are other meters available, and some might be a few points more accurate, but, fuddling around trying to open a vial, extracting a test strip, fumbling to insert the strip into the opening on the device AND THEN testing, is what I went through with my old meter. The Breeze uses a 10-stick disk which is "plopped" into the meter and then just a "push-pull" brings the test strip out...the test is made...the results show in 5 seconds like many other devices.....but then I have 9 more strips stored...no more struggling with the cap on the vial. No more trying to move my arthritic hands to insert a tiny strip into the device. The problem is that the Bayer Company who makes Breeze, is discontinuing manufacture of the meter...maybe not just yet, but it is planned. I still can buy the meters and the disks...for how much longer, I don't know. Hope this helps. Insurance covers the meter and the disks, but e-bay usually has the meters for $5 or $10 bucks. A diabetic deal.

If it worked, it would be ok. I bought a used printer with a damaged port. I have used Canon mp280 machines and they were ok. I will switch to hp
