I love it when things work!

I have have been an avid Canon user for a few decades now. A few years ago I set down the .35mm film camera and got a XTi 400D that has served me well for thousands of photos. I wanted to set it up to take some before, during, and after shots as I work on my old motorcycle and needed the convenience of a hands-off shutter trigger. This RC6 is exactly that. It came with a battery installed and all I needed to do was pull the battery insulator and the remote was ready. The most difficult part was remembering how to set up the camera to work with the remote. Once I had that down, it was point remote and shoot photos. It is small and if there was anything it needs it would be a lanyard to make it easier to hold and keep up during use.

What I expected from Bose

I have been a Bose fan from the very beginning. I have owned Bose speakers and have Bose AE2 Bluetooth headphones that I use daily. I was looking for Bose earbuds and read a lot of very positive references to these obsolete Mie2 earbuds with many claiming them better than the newer models. I decided to look into it so I found a quality used pair and checked them out. Amazing! Sound is classic Bose quality fidelity range on all volume levels from my Samsung Prime, They fit looser than I am used to from in the canal earbuds, but they are lightweight and comfortable. The only negatives I have are the length of the cable and overall volume. The cable could be another 10-12 inches longer so I can put my phone in my front pocket and have some move around slack, and even though the audio fidelity is fantastic with the phone at max volume, they are just not as loud as I would like. For me this noticeable in higher ambient noise environments.

Looks good but does not fit

Poor fitment with other panels and speaker support brackets. This panel looks great and seems well made, and I was already at the final installation stage when I discovered that the inner lower fairing cap switch panel mounting holes and edges do not align and cannot be modified to work with this inner fairing, and there are no other OEM variations of the lower fairing switch panel from 1999-2013. My project is on hold again while I can see if I can either find a lower fairing that will work with this inner fairing or get another inner fairing with the correct fitment and toss this one. I am very disappointed with the fitment issues and I do not recommend anyone getting this part unless they also can find the other parts to make it fit right.
