Bad quality I'm going to have to find a way to send it back!.
0 of 1 found this helpful The top strap refuses to feed through the headset I've tried on and off for a couple of weeks. A majority of the time the phone doesn't connect to the headset. It seems to be the piece that plugs into the micro USB port that's the problem. When it does work it overheats and tells you to take the thing off. Overall the thing is a real pain in the butt and doesn't work well, it's just a horrible design all around... I've been using it with a Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge.
